1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JUGNO.pk (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Platform.
  • Submit false, plagiarised, or harmful content, including AI-generated coursework presented as your own work.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or the platform's administrative systems.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Course Content & AI Output

Course materials and AI-generated content are provided for educational purposes. AI-generated lessons, outlines, and mentor replies may contain errors and should be reviewed critically. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or employment results.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon course completion and are subject to admin approval. JUGNO may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through dishonest means.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, course materials, and brand assets are owned by JUGNO or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for actions that harm the Platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUGNO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
